It was such a shock to find out that my son was in a horrific accident in Texas, so far away from Home. I had no idea how or what to do. McKibben's handled my Grandmother and my Daddy at the time of their passing. When I called Mr. McKibben, he was so nice, and understanding. He handled everything in a dignified manner. At such a tragic time, I could never ask for a better service or nicer people. They were never robotic, or scripted. They were people just like me. They made me feel as if they were part of my family and handled everything with understanding and care. I would never use any other funeral home for my loved ones. Thank you again to John, Patrick, David, Mr. Norman, (our camping buddy that I did not get your name) and all of the others at McKibben's that had any part in my son's service. You were all wonderful and I appreciate you all !
